Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und respektvoll, zudem ist die Lage der Wohnung besonders günstig, da sie sich im Stadtzentrum befindet und dennoch ruhig ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich insgesamt in gutem Zustand und sicher, allerdings könnte man der Einrichtung und einigen Ausstattungsdetails im Verhältnis zum Preis etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Insgesamt war dennoch alles positiv, besonders im Hinblick auf die Lage.
