Penthouse at Poblacion - 200Mbs net - Awesome view

Great view. Nice apartment in a nice building. Very quiet. Easy no contact check-in and checkout. Lots of dining options close by. Very little waiting time for the elevators despite being on the 62nd floor. Convenience store close by and a mall on the same street.

Only 3 of 4 blinds present and no blackout curtains, so there's no way to make the bedroom darker during the day if you want a sleep in. Personally, I wouldn't stay there again unless that was rectified. The hot water wasn't very hot in the shower. The apartment is looking a little tired for a "penthouse".

The night view is amazing. Relaxing vibe.

The two elevators which have no ventilation, and early check-in wasn't allowed.

- could use a maintenance course, wear and tear, just little things like the middle doors not closing, blinds needing repair and aircon not so powerful. Maybe the owner should stay there a few days to get a gauge on what needs doing.

Amazing view! Loved the view of the Pasig River and neighboring cities. A small glimpse of Manila Bay and the sunset could also be seen from the balcony (but not the room). Loved the top to bottom windows and mirrors in the room lending a spacious feel to the unit. Elevators were fast and amenities were great - especially loved using the sauna after a cold dip in the 4 ft. pool. Spa and movie/rec room were not available during my visit. Kitchen was adequately furnished with some plates, cups, cutlery and even cooking equipment. Microwave and fridge appreciated and working well. Hot shower was working and toiletries provided. Seamless check-in and check-out. Great location, restaurants and establishments in Poblacion within walking distance.

Internet went out for 2 days so I had to use my hotspot to use the TV. Smart TV was an old Sony Bravia flat screen which was nice but dated - they only had YouTube and Netflix (Netflix was not working and not resolved during the length of my stay) - but to be fair I don't think the TV was advertised in the listing. One of the blinds was ripped clean and one other not working, so I spent about an hour repairing it to get to see the full view. Some used wet towels were also left inside the closet, which the cleaner picked up after I reported it. Some cutlery was also returned to the kitchen drawers unwashed. As with other reviews the unit could benefit from an update - the built-in closets looked dirty with smudges on the doors, and the kitchen drawers looked broken and couldn't open and close properly. Fridge placement was also odd as the couch blocked the fridge door from being accessed. Sliding doors to the bedroom area were also not working well and had to be forced to close. The crystal decor also feels dated, and some of the lights were not functioning either. A/C could also be upgraded as there's only a small split-type unit cooling the whole room.
