Newly renovated 3 bed/1 bath for visits to DC/UMD!

Very clean and modern. Loved having a washer and dryer. Very close to University of Maryland. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication by property management.

Lots of steps leading to the house that could use pathway lighting.

Perfect location for visiting UMD student.

The location was excellent when visiting student at UMD. Close to everything. New kitchen appliances. Comfortable bed.

Conveniently located to where I was working

The exterior lights wouldn’t stay on and I was working late hours, so it would be nice if the lights at the front door would stay on and if that light next to the front stairs worked. Also, we couldn’t find any cleaning products in the house. We wanted to be able to straighten up and keep the place clean while we were there. they also need to let you know there is no driveway. I wasn’t aware. We were lucky to find street parking, but I would’ve liked to known. Also the door was very loud at night when we would come in. We woke the others in the house up when we would come in. The back porch isn’t being utilized. If there was some furniture and some maintenance it would be nice to hang out.
