The location is excellent - right near a bus stop, 15 mins walk from the seafront and for us, very close to where our friend lives. It was big and spacious - we had our friends round one night. The kitchen is well equipped.

The bathroom sink is damaged. There's a crack in the bedroom window. But it's really cheap so no complaints.

Nice location everything you need when having a child

Great location, at the top of the high street shops, going all the way to the harbour and sea front. There's a Premier convenience store and Chip Shop opposite, across the road from the ground floor flat. There is parking in front of the flat building, but I can see it getting full if everyone in the building had a car. We were okay as there was only ever one or two other cars there. I like that Dan kept in contact asking we'd likely be arriving and having someone there to greet us with the keys. Thanks, Tracy, for waiting up for us to arrive.

The communal hallway was a bit smelly. I'm not sure if that was the building in general or if it was another tenant in the building. The flat itself was fine. The floor was hoovered, but the carpets could maybe do with a replacement or a steam clean. The upper part of the wall in the bathroom was a bit mouldy, and the bathroom sink was cracked.

*We didn’t stay at the property- we left about 10 minutes after arriving* Do not believe the photos on the listing of this property, it was honestly awful. There was no way I could comfortably or securely stay in this property, especially since I had my 3 year old with me, ended up forking out to go stay in a local hotel instead. We arrived, outside actually looks like a d**g den, there’s no other way to describe it- the second photo I’ve uploaded is of the front door/ which looks like it gets kicked in regularly, the hallway stunk- could hear music blaring from tenants upstairs, the door to the actual flat, doesn’t even close properly, one good push and that would come open even when locked- inside the property had been somewhat cleaned/ hoovered wiped round etc/ yet whoever’s cleaned it has never decided to get rid of the cobwebs or clean down the side/ behind toilet. Upon going into the bedroom/ the panes of glass In the window are literally falling out- the gaps were that big I could fit my fingers through, this window is on ground floor and accessible to the outside public. I didn’t feel safe and comfortable in the property, and there was no way I was allowing my child to stay in a place like this, I don’t even believe it should be listed on Booking.com - I’ve been in touch with booking.com to organise a refund- as the property is not what is advertised- the host will probably say this is a fake review (as that’s what’s been said about the other bad review left here) but I’m genuine, and have all screenshots of booking/ and conversations with booking.com referring to the issues I’ve stated.

**** We did not even stay **** we walked in and left Asked for a refund as we didn’t stay and was told I had to wait a week . Obviously not the owners has been paid. Drugs in the property, absolutely stinks of smoke , holes in the doors , drug deals going on out side the property , Oven was absolutely disgusting , the pictures make it look nice , they should upload one of the front it looks like a squat and abandoned. The fridge was mouldy and stank, the washing machine mouldy , I would give 0 if I could. It would only allow me to upload 4x pictures

Given a code for key safe so could collect keys whenever was convenient for us clean comfortable accommodation and good communication with host

TV didn't have box or ariel so could only watch you tube didn't affect us as we were out exploring still would have been nice to have the option of watching a film

Have stayed here before a lot last year. Still great place, nice and quiet, comfy bed. Good location and free parking.
