Great Location-5 Bd/3 Ba-Near Expo/UL/Fair/YUM/Zoo

Spacious and great atmosphere. Quiet neighborhood

We had a little trouble with the codes on the locks but the owner, Dennis, was on it and got it all fixed asap

Lots of great space and plenty of bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen . Eclectic decor fun for a getaway. Easy on to highway location makes this a great find

A few basic maintenance issues related to freezer icemaker and sink. Owner was aware and actively working on fixes.

So much space and very clean

This ended up being an emergency space with my family after another host on this app gave me issues about getting into the property. We had been driving for about 10+ hours and when we got to our first location, the battery on the lock box that was on the door had died. That host refuse to come and help us. I called customer service and for the next 6 hours my family and I sat in my car, in the rain, with customer service trying to figure how they could help me find something else and they were able to find this location and I'm beyond thankful. This place was 100 times better than the first with everything that we needed. I will be going back to this location when my family visits Kentucky again but I will more than likely use a different platform like airbnb. This host truly saved my family from what could have been a horrible time and for that I'm thankful. They are very responsive, helpful, and give clear guidance and instructions. Not a lot of host do that and are just on here to take your money. This was a great stay for a decent price and a spacious home. I will be back!

That i didn't find this place first!!!

Very clean and had a lot of space. Kitchen was very good to cook on .

The property was well kept and stocked as indicated. All amenities were is full working order. Beds were comfortable and private.

Minor but the television didn’t have any programming. Maybe I’m too paranoid but I prefer not to sign in to streaming apps from devices I’m unfamiliar with. regardless, I was able to mirror the tv with my iPad and watch with that connection which worked perfectly!
