[Free Parking & Wi-Fi] 5 min to Hospital Cisanello

The check in procedure was difficult and annoying. I need to do the online check-in, which was supposed to take 1 min but actually took 1 hour. I had to enter all personal data, document data, photos, etc. for each family member (4) by typing on the phone, and every time I needed to change something or add a photo, all the data was lost. The host said that if I don't check in right away, the apartment will be given away, so I had to do it in the queue of the store. The instructions to get the key came via WhatsApp, but I had to call the host before and and the instructions were quite long and complicated. In the end, however, everything worked out. The apartment was smaller than in the pictures, good for two, a bit small for 4. Washing products (shampoon, shower gel and others, which were in the pictures) were not actually provided. There were also problems with the toilet water. Location on the edge of town, away from cafes

The apartment was clean with good facilities and comfortable beds. The location of the apartment is only 2-min car ride to the mall. And there is a free parking space.

Everything was good actually. One critic point is the untidiness of the building. But I know, it is not the host's duty to maintain the cleanliness of the building. And the garbages outside, which are visible from the window, are not pleasant to look at. But overall, our stay was comfortable

Very very clean apartment with fresh sheets and everything, one water bottle for every guest in the fridge, excellent communication with the owner via whatsapp!

Tedious online check in, best to do it well in advance. The aircondition was a mobile unit and pretty loud, also after a few hours you have to empty the condensate container. But it worked well!
