Pros: •⁠ ⁠The apartment and facilities are great and very secure •⁠ ⁠Location is perfect being close to everything and having a supermarket next door •⁠ ⁠Management are very quick to respond •⁠ ⁠The apartment is well equipped

Cons: - Cleaning was not done prior to check in - Automated messages were delayed and incomplete requiring contact with management - Extensive set of rules with fines stated provided after booking. Lack of transparency on booking. For example, towels are not to be washed during the stays despite having access to a washing machine, with a fine of over 25 euros. - Pool times are irregular. Lifeguard has to be present as part of the law. Swimming times are 8am-1pm and 3.30pm-7.30pm. However, this is dependent on when the lifeguard actually arrives. - Waste disposal is required after stay but information was not given as to how. When sent, wrong videos were provided - The website for passport/ID check has bad reviews, could do with a more secure/better site

Lokalizacja pierwsza klasa. Sklep pod nosem , i do Starówki Sirmione nie daleko. Zalecam jechać rano bo później brak miejsc parkingowych. Ogólnie miejsce wyśmienite na krótki pobyt do zwiedzania i relaksu. Super basen na obiekcie.

Szkoda tylko że nie ma lepszej możliwość parkowania auta. Parking koło obiektu jest bezpłatny ale niestety tylko na 3 godziny. Trzeba co 3 godziny chodzić do auta i przestawiać czas parkowania.

Dodatkowa opłata za ręczniki i pościel -przewaznie wszędzie wliczone jest w cenie, bardzo bliska odległość od marketu, od rana hałas związany z jego zatowarowaniem, bardzo mała kabina prysznicowa, telefon mogłam ładować tylko w łazience po odłączeniu pralki inne gniazdka niż w Polsce, głośna muzyka nad basenem, wystarczy trochę ściszyć niektórzy wczasowicze potrzebują trochę ciszy i spokoju. Bardzo twardy materac w sypialni i poduszki.

Leuk appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt voor een rustige vakantie.

The pool was great. The apartment was right next to a supermarket and well equipped.

The parking was subject to a 3 hour stay so we could not use it, we had to park far away even though it is a residential area. The shuttle to Sirmione was not close either.
