Aria Claros Beach & Spa Resort – All Inclusive 24H

The service from Waiter Hamidul Husen was brilliant, he was always very kind and helpful and made myself and my family feel like at home. The service from Nita (message therapist) at the Gold spa wellness was excellent. After I had my massage I felt energised and all my aches and pain were gone. This experience from Aria Claros beach and spa resort was amazing, me and my family will definitely be coming back. Thank you

The selection of food was repetitive sometimes, there should have been more variations to cater for different diversity of people. The outdoor pools were not heated, children's aqua pool especially should have been warm.

We stayed at the Aria Claros for 4 days and was very pleased. It is a hotel especially suitable for families with children to stay. The slides in the children's pool allow children to have fun and spend time. There is also aqua park so you and your kids can enjoy waterslides. There is also a wonderful beach. The entertainment and the cuisine were brilliant.

Upholstery and cushions of the sofa in the room were not clean. The bed sheets and the towels were clean.

We were staying at the villa which was away from the reception, breakfast, beach and other facilities. Waiting time for the shuttle was a bit longer then it should be. There were a few shuttles but number of villas and apartments were much higher. The hotel should increase the number of shuttles at least two times otherwise it is not comfortable to wait for a shuttle for 10-15 minutes in average.

The facilities were abundant and largely focused on water activities (slides pools etc...)

The pools were not heated, although they had the means to do so, and the water was absolutely fridged. We were unable to enjoy all the wonderful facilities as it was simply too cold.
