Parking kinda crazy outside of house but can at least park somewhere

The home was very clean and comfortable.

The tennant below was extremely loud. The 1st night, the noise didn't stop until after 1am. There was loud music and yelling. The property has a strict noise policy, but it didn't seem to be applicable to the tennant. Traveling from Nashville and having an early start on Saturday it made it difficult to fall asleep and get my children settled in. Another thing that I want to mention is that the staircase is steep leading up to the apartment, and the hallway light was not working. I only point this out because we have kids and luggage, which makes things complicated and slightly dangerous. If the noise levels were not so disruptive downstairs, I think our stay would have been much more enjoyable. My only other remark would be that the 10am checkout is early. Most other accommodations have a standard 11am checkout. Also, having to remove the linens from the beds at a rental is unusual as well. I personally feel like on vacation, most ppl would prefer not to complete those types of tasks as if at home. Other than that, the property, the neighborhood, and the apartment were all clean, comfortable, and safe.

It was all around a nice apartment.

The loud music and people pounding on the downstairs yelling at 2am woke my kids up

Able to change reservations when speaking directly with owner, owner was extremely quick with responses, and the accommodations were very nice and cute. Location was close to everything we needed (20min drive almost anywhere).

The area is what it is, but it definitely could be in a better neighborhood. Although the security cameras in place help make you feel better and if needed, it is in close proximity to authorities.
