Very cozy, plenty of room. Owners were amazing and very quick to respond if we had questions/concerns and fixed the heated pool/spa our first day here!

"Minimal Tweeks Needed, But Will Stay Again"

1. Location. 2. Space in home. 3. Host very easy to reach. And responds quickly. 4. Easy to check in/out. 5. Stunning interior. Love the natural light. 6. Plenty seating in kitchen/dinning area.

1. Ants- I inquired and was told it was resolved. It was not. We woke up the next day, with ants in our snacks for the stay. Had to go re-purchase. 2. Nightstands- Not consistent in all rooms. Two needed. Some had one, some had none. 3. No TV- In the very first bedroom, they HAD to watch in the livingroom. 4. LR TV- Could only watch if you log into a streaming platform. 5. Tissue- Provided only 1 roll. Usually there is at minimum 2 per bathroom. That gives a person time, just in case bad weather is in the area. 6. Trash bags- Again, only 1 extra provided.

Close to Disney

No AC or hot water when arrived we fix both hot water and ac the next day Floor very dirty had srub them Ice maker not working we fix it Fridge dirty Very dirty cup had nothing wash them with. Kitchen stove broken knobs. Turned on part light stove click for a day they did show fix that did not replace any broken knobs only have burners worked. Could not adjust 2 showers either too hot or to cold. Ants in house so many they made sand hill in the closet. Call said they call extermination company never seen them if set coming on floor in bed room you better shake the ants out of it. Patio by pool had cigarettes but on out there and large dropping from so kind of big rodent. Pation furniture was broken and had black and green mold on it. Hot tub not very hot i'd maybe 90. At most would put out hot for 20 seconds turn off about maybe every 15 minutes not enouch lights in pool area very dark took lamp from inside house

"CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR. TEMPURATE OF THE POOL AND JAZZUZI UNCOMFORTABLE. GRASS TO LONG. MY STAY POOR!"

STOVE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. I HAAD TO CONTACT MANAGEMENT FOR THE KEY CODE.

STOVE NOT WORKING. MANAGEMENT DID NOT OFFER HEATING OF SPA HEATING. GRASS TO LONG.
