BRCleaning and great support all time by host
When we arrive, due hard snow was need more time to warm up the house.
USA beautiful house,clean,well maintained.spacious and conveniently located less than 20 minutes from major tourist spots. We traveled with family and it has mostly everything we need from towels,soap,shampoo and coffee is a big bonus too! They were very helpful and ensured we are settled.Highly recommended!
The lower bedroom needs a but more heating as we went after a snow storm and hot water shower ran out but we managed.

USPlace was big enough for my family.
There was no hot water, only warm and there were six of us. By the time 2 of us showered there was only cold water. There was also mouse poop in the kitchen.
MNThe host is very kind and helpful. He often replied to my questions via message. The location is perfect for us. Rooms are clean. It was very comfortable to stay at the property, because it has soft and comfortable beds.
USThe staff was very kind and helpful. When I was struggling with parking, she explained the parking rule in that area to me till I understood. And, she continued to follow me how our stay is going at house by text. I was impressed with this staff. And, ofcourse, The room was very clean and roomy.

Strange noises from air conditioning in the middle of night
USThe house was clean and there were enough towels/linens for all of us (6 people). Bedrooms were well-appointed with clocks and charging outlets. Internet access was good. There is a television on each floor. Kitchen was functional, although there were a few problems (see below). There are enough plates, bowls, and silverware to accommodate a large party. Don't expect to cook a big meal, though, unless you bring more pots and pans. There is a lot of room in this place--3 full floors. Primary bedroom (with bath), two other bedrooms, and hall bath upstairs. Half bath on main floor. Large room with two beds in basement, along with another full bath. It worked out well for our extended family visit--everybody had space and privacy. The host maintains contact throughout your stay--we had no trouble reaching them, and they were responsive. We didn't have any burning issues that required them to immediately do something, so I can't rate that, but I felt good that they were reachable.
Booking.com lists this unit as having parking. That's not really true--there are no dedicated parking spots. Rather, it's street parking in front of the unit. Personally, I don't think that counts as "having parking", since pretty much any place anywhere has the potential for street parking. Having said that, we encountered no problem finding a spot within half a block for when we were there (a weekend). YMMV at other times. Ice maker didn't work, kitchen sink disposal was broken (and sink eventually clogged). First floor AC didn't work for us. Wasn't a problem since the temps were pretty cool, but I do hope this is fixed before summer hits.
