The front door doesn't feel safe, the smell of the apartment and bathroom, they used cheap air freshener that is too strong to cover up other smell perhaps, the bathroom had a mop soaking in pail which contribute to the bad smell,moldy bathroom wall, ceiling and water heater Cleanliness of laundry, they had 2 beds, 4 pillows, 4 pillow smells different, the 'clean' towel had an oily musky body odor smell. I had book for 6 nights and decided to not stay after the first night, regardless of policy or not they didn't even offer half refund.
