Bungalow La Palmera - 2 bedroom - PLAYA ROCA residence sea front access - Pool View - Free AC - Wifi

Met at reception by host Caroline who handed over keys and gave introduction to property. The bungalow itself was excellent, furnished, equipped, immaculately clean and presented to a very high standard. The holiday properties (bungalows and apartments) are located in what was previously a hotel. The only negative - the deserted/unused main reception area and what appeared to be an on-site restaurant, now closed off. That said, the complex/area is very well maintained, tidy and presented, so no complaints, very quiet and peaceful , and nice pool area. Bus stops just out on the main street and a coupe of minutes walk to a supermarket and some bars/restaurants, with the main Teguise centre being a 15/20 mins walk along the seafront path

The only very minor negative - the closed off/unused main reception area and what appeared to be an on-site restaurant, now closed off gave slight deserted feel to the place - otherwise it was all good...

The apartment was recently upgraded and was in excellent condition. Our host Oliver was very helpful at all times. Will hopefully return next year.

Spotlessly clean, nice quiet location, bungalow has everything you need (all you can think of you'll find there), plenty of sunshine, lovely little pool bar. Friendly and very kind owners. Thank you Caroline and Oliver 🙂🌞🌞

Self catering holiday. The kitchen and facillities were immuclate and had everything you could imagine if you wanted to cook. The bungalow is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Furnishings and decor were lovely. Lovely private garden to sit, sunbathe, dine as well as being close to the pool which was never too busy. Gated, secure and quiet. Small onsite restraunt/bar with lovely proprietors. Host Oliver and Carolina were amazing and a pleasure to meet.

How well equipped it was, decorated to a high standard and very clean. The outside space was an absolute bonus and just a short walk to the pool

Nothing. Only change I would make is a blind on the bathroom window, it’s very hot in there when the sun is on there later in the day.
