Lakeview B - 10 Minutes to Oaklawn Racing & Gaming

This place is on the west side of Hot Springs. It is close enough to town for a quick trip to eat or attractions but far enough away to be absolutely peaceful. The house is very comfortable, and the backyard is perfect for smores, resting and fenced for pets.

As expected, the walls are thin between the duplexes.

This property was even better than it looks online! It is spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely creek out back and views of the lake, but only a short drive to shops, restaurants, bath houses, and lots of fun places to explore. The host was very friendly, communicative, and helpful. The beds and other furniture are very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the backyard for our dog to run around. We loved staying here (4 adults and one dog) and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting the perfect stay at a great price.

Very clean, right by the lake. Peaceful neighborhood. Short drive away from the downtown of Hot Springs.

Clean ,Quiet, had everything we needed! (even gave detergent pods for washing clothes they smelled so good had to get the same ones when i got home lol).. would definitely stay here again

Wife and I have been randomly picking destination for travel, Hot Springs came up and decided on a rental. Loved the homes layout, pet friendly, and convenient location. We cook our meals and grocery store just minutes away and all items needed to cook were on hand. Enjoyed a soak in a hot spring bath house and sightseeing the area by car. Very quiet area while we were there, even had a deer walking down the road only feet away much to my surprise. Gas grill led to some amazing burgers. Fenced yard for pets and doggie door as an option. Open floor plan makes home seem really larger than it is, and wife took several pictures and remarked it had been her favorite stay.

Roads to home could be a little better shape, but only for a short distance. Not a home issue.

This was much bigger than I anticipated. The beds were soft, and there was plenty of sleeping space. I love that there's a doggy door with a fenced-in backyard. It was so clean and updated. The fridge has ice and water, and they have excellent wifi with Roku. Life jackets are provided as well.

No shampoo or body wash is provided. The half and half that was provided for coffee was spoiled and chunky. There's also no sugar, only Sweetener for coffee. Just make sure to bring small amenities as such.

The property was clean, quiet, and pet friendly. The location is ideal for exploring the national park and surrounding attractions.
