"Viihtyisä ja hyvin varusteltu pikkukoti erinomaisella sijainnilla La Fossa -rannan lähellä."

Todella viihtyisä pikkukoti kahdelle aivan La Fossa -rannan läheisyydessä! Asunnosta on upeat, etelään avautuvat näkymät, ja koko paikka on täysin remontoitu vuonna 2024 – kaikki on siis uutta ja siistiä. Vuokranantajaan oli helppo pitää yhteyttä, ja kaikki sujui mutkattomasti. Aidattu ulkoparkkipaikka sisältyy hintaan, mikä on iso plussa. Alueella on erinomaiset uima-altaat, hyvä WiFi sekä bonuksena kuntosali ja pelihuone. Täydellinen paikka rentouttavalle lomalle Calpessa – suosittelen lämpimästi!
Pieniä miinuksia: – Ilmastointilaite oli melko äänekäs, mutta se on kuulemma pian uusittavana. – Sähköjärjestelmä on hieman herkkä, eikä kestä usean keittiölaitteen yhtäaikaista käyttöä (esim. mikro + liesi tai uuni + vedenkeitin saattavat katkaista sähköt koko huoneistossa). – Äänieristys muihin huoneistoihin voisi olla parempi.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado (con detalles adicionales que no suelen ser habituales) además de estar bien cuidado, es confortable, con buenas vistas y piscinas bien cuidadas. Es tal y como se muestra en la información del mismo.
El aire acondicionado algo ruidoso y la TV/Wifi no funcionaban correctamente (aunque es cierto que no informamos al anfitrión ya que no es algo que nos fuera muy necesario en nuestro caso)

We had a lovely week at the house! We were sad to leave! Modern beach house super well located with stunning views! The house was clean and comfortable, well equipped and there's also a carpark, pool and gym! There's also two supermarkets within 5 minute walk! We will definitely stay again! :)
