'The Cabin'. A cosy private & secure holiday home.

Great little cabin in a great location and a great host.

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent for pets, closed in area. Very private. Well equipped for all your needs, hosts were there to meet us and when we left. We will definitely visit again .

Shower needs tweaking . ( Maybe owners need to have a trial shower to understand situation) Kennels opposite could be noisy. Large trucks passed at night . Only heard if windows open .

Perfect set up for us with the dog and ideal location to visit Chester.

Little bit noisy from the kennels across the road but expected this when booking. Might not suit everyone though.

Everything. Filthy couldn't shower as vents above had filth in them and over the kitchen cooker. Slept in clothes. Outside was like a traveller's caravan full of rust and dirt. Man very nice e and friendly.

Lovely location with lovely hosts. Felt well informed on how to find the property and how to get in.

The property was not cleaned very well an smelled rather musty. We had the heating on but it did not make a dent in how cold it was, luckyli there were extra blankets we could use, but having a shower or going toilet in the middle of the night was not plesant at all. We left some food on the table during the day, when we got back the food was all over the floor as well as the item from the bin. We were hoping it were only mice that created the mess and ate our food but bit worried it could had been something bigger. Children were rather scared to sleep there after this but as it was very late at that point we had to stay another night. I don't like leaving bad reviews and the host was lovely but would not stay in this place again. I guess you get what you pay for.
