DEDie Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden ist toll. Die Wohnung ist schön kühl. Die Zimmer sind groß, leider das Bad etwas zu klein. Die Küche ist auch groß, leider ist die Ausstattung etwas dürftig. Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr da sein, ein paar kleine Tassen und Gläser wären schön gewesen.
Die Terrasse ist schön groß, leider nicht für uns abgetrennt, was ich für unseren kleinen besser gefunden hätte, so mussten wir ständig aufpassen daß er nicht abhaut und einen morgen hatten wir ein paar Dosen Cola am Tisch stehen, da muss dann jemand an unserem Tisch gewesen sein. Nicht schlimm, ist ja nichts passiert.

DEA very nice apartment in the heart of Kos City, large, clean and well equipped. We could move in before check-in time and Iro, who showed us the apartment, made sure everything was alright. When we discovered the shower drain did not work it was fixed within an hour. The apartment is air conditioned and only minutes away from some of the best restaurants in town. A veery good place to stay in Kos City with a nice terrace.

GBVery spacious, secure and modern ground floor apartment. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning to Kos again next year. We particularly liked the large bedrooms and outside area where we ate breakfast each morning.
We had some very noisy people in the apartment above us one night which we had to contact the management team about. They dealt with the situation promptly. On our final night we could hear the new residents walking around their apartment in hard heeled shoes at 4:30 in the morning. We would have rated the property much higher without these issues as it's a nice quality apartment.
