The property is clean and complete. Good for a quick stay.

Not the property. There were no clear communication from the owner about the process. No email sent that I was required to provide an ID for the gate pass. They were not reachable via whatsapp even when they said they can be reach thru whatsapp. I have to call for them to answer my questions. Also, I booked this property cause it says it has private parking so even there’s cheaper option but no parking. I asked thru whatsapp about the parking they have it noted. But then upon check-in, parking is not included, hence have to pay extra hourly rate for the parking. Due to the hassle because of their negligence. I checked in 2 hours later than advertised! So have to wait in the lobby until the gate pass is processed. Just in case, I have proof to justify my claims here.
