Check-in and check-out worked very well. Much higher standard than expected for the price. Large clean pool.

Location a bit from city centre.

So many flaws in this room 1. A/C is not cool enough. Even tho I set the temp to 16 degrees, it‘s not cool enough. Just okay to manage it. 2. Towels are old. There are too mant loose threads on the towels. So I kept thinking how many yrs old they are. 3. Cockroach alert!!!!! Everytime I used toilet, I had no choice but spot a cockroach. When I took a shower, took a shit, and even brushed my teeth, a cockroach said hello to me twitching its antennae. So disgusting. 4. Every item is old. I will not use this accomodation never again. I‘d rather pay 15 USD more to book the proper hotel or airbnb.

The space is quite huge.

The lighting. Suggestion, some area can use white warm light and check all lights, they should be functioning well as one of the light (the hallway light) was not working.

I like that the location is near Imago & near to many places to eat in KK. Recommended for the family.

I didnt expect there is no housekeeping during our stay. We waited and turn on the housekeeping button, but no housekeeping for 3 days: And how to change towel/ask for cleaning service but the charge us the cleaning fees. The parking is charged rm8 per night instead of rm4.

Room was spacious and all comforts. Room was fairly clean and the building seemed safe. Collecting the key from the lock-box was easy. Building has an elevator, pool and small gym

Not the best area, but enough close to the shopping center.
