USUSIt’s a really petite studio. bedroom upstairs, kitchenette and bathroom as well as a mini couch and TV downstairs. Everything was tidy clean, well kept. Owner was very communicative
Keep in mind if you wake up to the restrooms often, it can be a challenge going up and down.

The couch wasn’t the most comfortable sitting, but was a small detail. Ac until kept going on and off and when off would be a little muggy, heat rises to the loft, but we think it was mostly fine.
SIPerfect location, easy check in. No questions asked. Great option for solo travelers or max 2 people. The place is small, but it has all that you need.
Might be a bit warm on sunny days in the sleeping compartment, as the air conditioning is very low and the bed is high under the roof. Not much sound isolation towards neighbors.

Could be more information about the laundry room. It says you need an app, but which app and then what? I didn't use it in the end.
