"Neat Deco Apartment in Terrific Location"

Spacious, bright and comfortable renovated apartment in an excellent location. Short walk to the beach and steps to Espanola Way, the Trolley Bus and grocery store. Has a nice Deco vibe, well equipped throughout plus beach gear and a great little swimming pool too.

A sofa or couch might be better than beanbags.

A disponibilidade de cadeiras de praia, toalhas e guarda sol. A cozinha bem equipada micro-ondas, cafeteira e a geladeira com freezer muito boa. Perto de tudo, utilizei o troolerbus para me locomover e ia a pé para a praia. Mercado na esquina e bons restaurantes nas proximidade. Restaurante di Mauro 10%de desconto, com voucher.

Gostei de tudo. O apartamento é igual as fotos.

"Bien pero no volvería."

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras de Lincoln Road y a 2 de la playa. Hay muchos restaurantes en la zona y Española Way a 1 cuadra. El apartamento viene todo equipado, incluso habia sombrilla, sillas y toallas para la playa. Hay 2 aires acondicionados y 2 televisores. Tiene vista a la calle y a la pileta. Muy cómodo. La decoración podría mejorar.

El apartamento está en el primer piso por escalera (tener en cuenta si van con personas mayores o carritos para niños). El dormitorio no tiene blackout, por lo tanto entra mucha luz a la mañana y es imposible dormir. El aire acondicionado del dormitorio es muy ruidoso. No hay closets para guardar la ropa y tuvimos que dejar todo en las maletas. La piscina es muy linda pero falta mantenimiento y limpieza en el deck alrededor.

Ubicacion, excelente. Apartamento, impecable con muy buen equipamiento, cocina super completa, con amenitis de alimentos, jabones. Champu, etc.. toallones, ropa de cama impecable. Entregan toallones, sombrilla y reposera de playa, barrenador, etc. Pileta impecable. Ideal para no alquilar auto, parada de buses a 100m. Sino parking pago en la puerta. Nos sentimos como en casa. Ahhh a 4 cuadras de la playa.. Atencion de anfitriones. Impecable, responden a cualquier inquietud.. VOLVERIA SIN DUDARLO..

Appartement hyper équipé, il ne manque absolument rien sauf un grille pain.

Le bruit des camions qui livrent les restaurants à partir de 6 heures du matin.
