Underfloor heating was great and quality furnishings. Good size shower.

The only thing I like while staying was the bed as the room I hope to have I couldn't have so got called on the day to be moved to a smaller room which I thought would be fine.

There was no microwave, saw a used tampon in the bathroom bin, nothing to use to cook food in the over, the shower head had water leaking out where it shouldn't be, table was in the way as coming in the front door to the room which the door hit the table as the bathroom door so there was no space, a door which thought to be a cupboard but it was locked so don't know what it was plus had bugs coming through it, the draws in the room we got moved to needed TLC as they looked like they were falling apart, the only window we had was the one you had to look up but it wouldn't open so got very hot in the room so lucky enough there was a fan which stayed on the whole time we were there however it had dust which made me sneeze the whole day so couldn't have it on for one day as I felt so ill for a day and a half, the bed needs to be renew as the frame/fabric was coming apart, there was a leak in the pipe work under the bathroom sink which had to be emptied while staying, there was loads of banging from time to time late at night plus can hear other people in the building, the fact that the room I got moved to was the same price as the other one I was meant to be in (over £400) to which should of gone down to under 400 pounds and when I tired to talk to the people I was not happy which was making me very stress as they seems more concerned about the wifi when I was saying about the whole thing and not just the WiFi so got no help with anything, when looking at the reviews which I swear it said good things about it but when going back on it after couple of day being at the place it then showed bad reviews because if I saw that I would of never gone for the place and saying yes to the smaller room.

I give them high marks for the location and quietness of the building. Once you go online to their specific website to pay for your stay prior to your arrival the codes to the front door and your room are provided quickly.

There were multiple things that were very disappointing: 1. When I opened the bathroom door it smelled like a sewer. This "sewer gas" smell lingered for most of the stay (or else I just got used to it). The connection between toilet and the sewer pipe was just a flexible plastic tube which likely accounted for the retched smell. 2. The kitchen area had very basis cooking and eating equipment. I could not find a bowl anywhere which made eating cereal and soup very difficult. The utensil selection consisted of a couple of mismatched spoons, knives and forks, along with a few plastic larger cooking utensils, and some of the metal utensils looked corroded. The frying pan and pots had baked-on grease and I could not find an oven-proof pan to cook a lasagna in the oven. The table for eating is some sort of complex wooden structure that I was afraid to pull out. 3. The damage deposit that they asked for was very large (2/3rds of the cost of my entire stay) and they do not provide clear communication about when they have released/returned this deposit after your stay. 4. The WiFi is basic and even though there is a smart TV good luck streaming due to interruptions and pixelation. You can do e-mail and other basic functions but the TV streaming is not good. 5. The water pressure is really low. If you flushed the toilet you had to wait to get enough water flow in the sink to wash your hands. Similarly filling up the kettle or washing dishes was a very slow process. Needless to say, I was not pleased with the comfort of this place and I will not be returning despite the great location.

Was really clean and nice place we stayed for a night, in a end of that day l we decided to stay another night in same place !! The host was really friendly and helpful !
