Convenient location with all of the comforts of home. Exceeded expectations!

Mark was so accommodating and super easy to communicate with. The place was really cute and had everything one would need to make their stay enjoyable. I have nothing bad to say about the place or dealing with Mark - loved every bit of this Condo.

The Condo had no assigned parking. The locked compound had x amount parking available. If you didn't get there early enough then you would have to park outside the gates which was okay but would prefer a locked compound.

I like that it was right on the water and you can sit on the beach chair and sand and just look at the ocean

I wish I had a bit of a better view as it was just kind of a side view of the ocean and I wish there was a Jacuzzi.

Location is good, easy to get to most areas within 15min of drive. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with 2 pools and good view of the ocean from the balcony. Host is super nice and considerate, the info sheet provided was so detailed and he's always checking in with us to make sure we have everything we need. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing experience!

Condo is a bit old so do not expect brand new facilities in the room, however they all work and the owner did keep them clean. Also I could hear the upstairs neighbor's steps so be aware if you are a light sleeper. It didn't bother us but something to know.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We had everything we needed and it totally felt like home with all of the personal touches around. The complex is such a great place and we loved the pools/lounge area. The condo is perfectly located to access Kona and to travel around and see all the sites on the island. We were so impressed by the generous and welcoming hosts who facilitated a very early check-in for us. We are so glad we got to stay here and extend our warmest thanks to the owners.

The location was perfect. The resort although older was well maintained and had everything we needed.

The condo was in need of an update, older unit. And the condo was in need of a deep clean.

This place is amazing! No problems finding a parking spot, was welcomed with fresh flowers and coffee. The condo is bigger than expected and very clean. It is also nice to watch the sunset from one of the saltwater pools. :)
