Casa está a precisar de limpeza mais a fundo, mobiliário muito antiquado.
PTA sua localização, o estado impecàvel de limpeza do alojamento e, de um modo geral, algumas das comodidades como a piscina e a churrasqueira exterior. Referência especial ainda para a Senhora que nos recebeu no alojamento, pela sua simpatia e disponibilidade para qualquer necessidade pontual.
Uma casa deste género, com excelentes divisões, requer um sistema de ar condicionado capaz em todas as àreas (por exemplo, todo o R/C não tem climatização, tornando-se muito penoso alinpermanecer com as temperaturas desta altura do ano). Os portões de rua do acesso ao interior do parqueamento da casa poderia ser com abertura atraves de comando, evitando constrangimentos de transito na respetiva rua, dado existir um traço continuo ao longo da mesma e em frente à casa, o que complica o processo de sair do carro e fechar os portões manualmente, após cada saida ou entrada no parqueamento da casa. hb

BEVery clean and comortable vila. we were there with 2 adults and a baby so had avery space needed. Very nice cleaning lady and gardener. Everything perfect and very well received by the agency. When we come to Portugal we surely consider this house again. Lots of space to park a car on the driveway and very near to supermarkets and beaches (2 beaches @ 5 minutes walk, supermarkets and restaurants in town at 5 minutes walk).
Nothing. Vila is in a very silent and familiarised area. Nothing better for a reasonable price near Vilamoura (15min by car) and Albufeira (15 min by car). There are 4 double beds and 4 bathrooms, but staying with 8 person maybe a little too ,much. I would say maximum 6

NLExcellent location, only 400m from two different and amazing beaches. Our host had some fabulous recommendations for local restaurants and was extremely responsive. The kids loved the pool for cooling off after a hot day at the beach. Plenty of room in the fridge for an evening bottle of vinho verde. Loved having individual bathrooms.
We found the mattresses were a bit stiff. I would love to see some shade available in the pool area during the hottest part of the day. It's a hot-weather country; we discovered that sometimes cockroaches like the air conditioner, too.
