Great location, super easy to get around the facilities and access to the beach!

The stocking of kithen supplies were minimal, couch was worn and not comfortable. Everything else was good.

Everything was just wonderful the view was perfect it was clean everyone was nice and helpful

The Bed felt like we was sleeping on concrete the ceiling fan need tight no lightbullb in lamps other than that every thing was fine perfect view

The bed was so uncomfortable we left early.

The noise level in the bedroom. It was loud early in the mornings. I’m not sure exactly from what. ?the elevators? Garbage truck, etc.

The location was perfect, but the facility was very dirty outside, poorly maintained on the inside. The air ducts had strong ac, but the vents needed cleaning.

We specifically booked this room for the ocean balcony which we could not use due to the horrific smell of WEED. I called the front desk immediately upon arrival to switch my room. They referred me to you all (the booking agent) and NO ONE did anything about it. We endured this smell along with regular cigarette smoke for our ENTIRE stay. This was wrong and should have been addressed. The lady working the front desk when we checked out even told us she smelled it badly for the last two days and spoke to someone about it, but they were not allowed to do anything to rectify the situation. Security did nothing to help other than walking out to the pool and looking up to see if he could dpot someone. This was totally UNACCEPTABLE! It is shameful to charge the rate we paid for a room we couldn't use and enjoy. In addition, the sofa was broken, the chair was filthy dirty along with the throw pillow, and the eating table had stains in the chairs. The bathroom tub faucet is loose as well as the inside lock on the door. Not one piece of furniture matched another piece other than the lamps beside the bed. The headboard was even missing! The toilet seat was stained, the rack that holds the towels was rusty, and there was shoddy patchwork in the ceiling from a previous leak. We will NEVER book through booking.com again as it was obvious you did not care about your customer. We were more than disappointed.

You have to pay to park on property even though you are staying there. That is a rip off at its finest. There is more than enough parking to accommodate guest. It wasn’t cheap either.
