"Italian Sightseeing on a Budget"

We stayed five nights in this sparkling clean and big apartment. Exactly as featured in the pictures. Quiet building. Well equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, nice Nespresso coffee maker. Large dish washer. Clothes washer. Excellent host. Comfortable bed. Excellent water pressure. AC unit in bedroom and living room (the AC units have options to heater, cooling and dry modes, although weather was excellent during our stay and we didn’t need it). We felt very welcome. We drove to Lucca; Lerici, also to Rapallo where we took a boat to visit Santa Margherita and Porto Fino.

One stair to access the unit (15 steps). Parking option on the street, down the road like at 1.5 block.
