The directions for key collection were fine, but the signage for locating the key from the lockbox was completely inaccurate. A basic kitchen towel should have been provided for handling minor spills, such as wiping up water. Additionally, the contact person was unresponsive, neither answering calls nor returning them when guests needed assistance for emergencies or clarifications. The check-out procedure was unclear, particularly regarding where and how to share the photo of the returned keys in the lockbox. On the check-out day, I attempted to contact the provided number again, but disappointingly, there has been no response to date. Given these issues, I am unlikely to return to this property, thank you.

Everything was perfect, always come back.

The location was good. Just few minutes walk to Setia Alam City Mall. Convenient to rent car from SOCAR as there was an allocated parking in Setia Alam Convention Centre. Basically, the only good thing about this unit is the location.

The house was mouldy. The air conditioner was so old and you can see the mouldy areas. There was some freshener put in the air conditioner's swing which I suspected the owner trying to cover up the mouldy smell. We felt suffocated due to the mould. There was only 1 toilet roll for 4 nights. Of course I can ask the host for extra toilet rolls. But for 4 nights, only 1 toilet roll provided just showed how bad is the unit. The water sprayer was broken and mouldy too. The sofa was with cover sheet that had some weird smell probably due to mould. Price for this unit was not that cheap as well. During check in, the key in the drawer was mixed up with other unit's key. But that was just minor part. The main issue is the mouldy unit still able to be advertise for renting.

The smell of the toilet is very strong and not very comfortable. The smell of the toilet needs to be improved. Everything else is okay.
