"Overall pleasant stay and would stay again"

They were happy for us to park the car early, easy to get in to the property with clear instructions. The room has a lovely fresh smell.

A little bit to early for checking out. The property had been decorated but still needed little jobs doing.

Clean studio room with a very comfortable bed in a quiet area. Check in was easy with good communication from the owners. I would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

"Comfy Studio, designed well, clean and lovely host."

Nice comfy clean studio, great heating in both studio and bathroom. Nice host, answered questions quickly. Towels, shower gel provided, as well as a selection of hot drinks and milk sachets, perfect for 2 or a couple.

Microwave would of been required if stayed for a longer period, as only 1 night it was fine. Blackout Blinds required, especially now that we heading towards spring and then summer. Larger mugs would of been great, however still a good stay.

"Cosy -Felt like a home away form home."

Extremely clean, tidy and cosy. Looks exactly like the photos. I like that hosts, Lucy and Rick had a folder detailing how to work things in the property. Speedy in their responses regarding information, polite, professional and helpful. Lucy also put the heating on for me via her phone before I got in which was really considerate and caring. You are left with a parking space off of the road. Near to the motorway (like a mile and a half away) and not far from the city centre. I also like that you have tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets. I would definitely stay again.

Nothing that I didn’t like all positive. I would only recommend bigger mugs for tea and I couldn’t find a tea towel. Definitely not detrimental I’m not a fussy person.

It was beautifully decorated, clean, warm and cosy, good value, and had everything we needed. Small details considered, the hot chocolate was delicious! Thank you so much 😊

"Just what we needed and more!"

It was simple to get the keys, however the code that booking.com sent us to open the lock box wasn't correct and we therefore had to ring the door bell for the owners to assist us. Thankfully they were really lovely and very helpful! The studio apartment was spacious, resourceful and just a lovely place to stay

There was nothing that we didn't like.
