Great stay and sized appt with all the amenities you need. Really glad we managed to find this place and likely to stay again.

Appt WiFi/Internet Access not working - but not a major issue as used phone to hotspot. Front Door to the main building needs a better closing mechanism as it is noisy to close, and doesn't shut/lock properly.

Neat house Optimal heating . Good house appliances But no bath soap .

Communication: very poor communication from the staff I spoke to. I literally called 18 times on Saturday with no call back. Was stranded in Poole as the staff were not picking my calls and it should be 24hrs service. When the staff eventually picked, the staff was not helpful. Follow up. No checks or follow ups to know if I eventually get through Support. No support from the staff in helping me get through my struggles. The staff wasn't helpful rather was putting on blames. Excessive restrictions. Overall poor communication Also there was no soap in.the apartment considering we booked for 8 guests.

Management responded to my questions very quickly, great instructions for getting into the property, advice on where to park and it was easy to collect keys from the lockbox. The apartment was even bigger than expected (4 children were very happy) and it was very clean. The kitchen had all the facilities we needed and everything looked new. A nice touch to receive a complimentary box of mince pies and a bottle of wine upon our arrival! A nice location to walk into town (around 5-10 mins) or to the main seafront (around 20 mins) although we drove everywhere as we had terrible weather.

The futon bed in the main bedroom seemed a little precarious which is the only reason I've rated the apartment slightly down on comfort. The children seemed happy with the comfort of their beds though and there were plenty of beds to choose from if we'd decided to move. Could have done with one more bathroom for such a large property but we took turns and there was plenty of hot water so it was fine.

The property was very large, 3 large bedrooms with multiple beds. Cozy living room with Netflix. Great location, walkable to shops, pubs and restaurants.

The property is not a typical flat or home, it’s converted office space, so slightly dark and dingy. The kitchen smelt of vomit, the bathroom sink was blocked and the building renovations stated at 8.30am, even on a Sunday.

Size and location

Building work was in progress in other parts of apartment block over the weekend which started from 8am. Not in their control.
