Όμορφη και ήσυχη γειτονιά, εύκολο πάρκινγκ 8 λεπτά από το κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων. Το σπίτι ζεστό και πρακτικό κ ο οικοδεσπότης ευχάριστος και πολύ ευγενικός.

Είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή!!! Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ άνετο και καθαρό. Εξαιρετική ήσυχη τοποθεσία με αυτοκίνητο, μόλις 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης! Η επικοινωνία μας με τον Θεόφιλο ήταν άψογη αλλά και με την οικογένειά του που διαμένουν στους άλλους ορόφους! Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!

Ίσως κάποιες συσκευές όπως ένας φούρνος μικροκυμάτων για κάποιον που θα μείνει αρκετές μέρες θα εξυπηρετούσε αλλά σίγουρα δεν επηρεάζει την ευχάριστη διαμονή που προσφέρει.
