Host cancelled stay last minute and ignored all communication when trying to get in touch to ask why - very poor

The property stopped being rented out over 1 year ago. If you had checked you would have known. I will be getting in contact with you with a formal complaint. Have emailed you with no reply

Everything was extremely clean, neat, and comfortable. We will recommend this for anyone 👌 also for a good food takeaway is recommended in the main street just at the bottom of the apartment. Tomi, he gives the best food and service.

The apartment was very clean and there was plenty of space. Shops are nice and close.

Parking was a bit of a pain as it's mostly residents parking so we had to hunt around for a space.

Very nice and clean - Traveling with 3 kids and 2 adults - it was great having our own rooms. Not an easy walk to town - but location was fine.

We had just a bit of trouble connecting with the host - mainly due to my US phone number - but quickly resolved.

Very spacious and lovely apartment.

On arrival we discovered there was no parking at the property even though it’s advertised as free parking. Tv also did not work and no WiFi. We rang the hosts to help with the problem and were told there was nothing they could do as it was a Saturday afternoon. So we were left with no tv for the whole stay. She also said she would ring me back to let me know what was happening which she did not do, I didn’t hear off her again. We also got locked into the apartment from the inside as the catch on the door would not turn. Luckily we had ordered a dominoes and left the key in the lockbox and had to be rescued by the delivery man. Flat had to be left unlocked the whole stay.
