Artsy 1 BR Apt/ Free Pool & Lagoon Access @ElGouna

The property is in a great location, and El Gouna is a really nice place for tourists to stay. It’s very calm and pleasant. The pool and lagoon view were amazing, and the pool was well-maintained and clean. The host also responded quickly to any requests we had.

As soon as we checked in, we had an issue with a toilet leakage. We informed the host and he arranged a plumber as soon as possible, which was good. However, the problem happened two or three more times in a row. They fixed it each time, but it felt more like a temporary solution rather than a proper repair. The kitchen utensils were also a disappointment. Most of the pots and pans were Tefal, but they were in very bad condition with lots of scratches and also no cutting board. There was only one small stainless steel pot, so we had to cook things like pasta in multiple batches. After seeing the condition of the utensils, we didn’t cook much during our stay. I would recommend providing good-quality stainless steel utensils to make it easier and safer for guests. Another drawback was the lack of a washing machine. We also felt the apartment was a bit dusty inside and the overall quality of some items could be improved.

Very cozy studio with scenic views from the balcony, offering all comfort and meeting all needs. The owner skilfully operated via WhatsApp, reacting to any need. First time I met this expert handling accomodation entirely online and it worked well. El-Gouna is an exceptional locality within Egypt. Clean, well organized, free from hassling. Easy local transportation by tuk tuks, some even electric. A truly enjoyable stay.

The house is not easy to find, as it is part of a condominium with one and the same number. Also, it is fairly far from the centre with no shops or restos in the vicinity. The owner suggested home delivery companies.

The property is nice, clean, and well prepared. The view is one of the most relaxing views in Al Gouna. The staff, and owner, are very nice, and helpful, and well organized Special thank you to Jean, and Kiro. Security in the compound are not joking, really know there jobs and how to do it properly and nicely
