Apto Zaranda Puerto del Carmen a 150 m de la playa

It was just perfect. Good big spotless apartment, comfortable bed which is always a bonus. Location was perfect, only a stones throw from the main strip. Thank you Amelia & Francis for a lovely apartment & welcome gift,

Being so close to the strip parking was hard to get. But I always got a spot

CLOSE TO BEACH / STRIP. PEACEFUL. LESS HILLS TO NEGOTIATE THAN USUAL. EXCELLENT LOCATION.

Location. Kitchen. Cleanness.

Communication with customer requires significant improvement. Bathroom towels didn’t smell nice. I washed them before using.

Location was great, apartment was fabulous and comfortable

Outside was beautiful but could do with hand rail for step and patio

Fantastic location, clean tidy exactly how advertised. Very quiet area but also close to all the facility's. We had one issues a broken kettle and the problem was addressed immediately.

This is not a complaint but maybe a few extra cups and glasses.

The apartment was ideally located , nestled about 100 metres from the restaurants and shops of Puerto del Carmen. The apartment was so spacious including a large bedroom. Plenty of wardrobe space. We commented about how the bed was so comfortable which is unusual for a holiday apartment! Everything we needed supplied including a nespresso machine and pods which was appreciated! We stayed for 3 nights and found it to be extremely good value for money.

The shower was good but the hot water only lasted a few minutes so you had to be strategical! Didn't bother us in the slightest though. Kettle was on the blink but I notified the owner and I'm sure will be sorted.
