La casa de Begoña - a un paso del centro de Gijón.

La ubicación fantástica, a 10 minutos de la playa y paseo marítimo. Cerca todo tipo de tiendas, bares, supermercados...buena insonorización, el sofá cama confortable y con todo lo necesario de equipamiento en la cocina y baño

El precio, me parece excesivo, pero claro, el mercado lo marca...

Quelques explications supplémentaires sur l'emplacement de l'appartement, étage, nr d'appartement,... Equipement de cuisine très basique, 4 fourchettes, 4 couteaux, 4 cuillères, 4 verres, ... très trop peu Un deuxième jeu de clés aurait été facile

La ubicación. No está a pie de playa,pero está a 15 minutos andando y cerca hay de todo. Un supermercado justo debajo ,una farmacia ,bares,tiendas... El apartamento tiene todo lo esencial para pasar unos días y algún extra más como una plancha para el pelo. Tiene secador, tostadora ,cafetera, batidora,plancha para ropa...

El patio parecía más coqueto en las fotos,y es un patio interior bastante oscuro y 0 privacidad,básicamente para tender la ropa. El apartamento tenía humedad. Si eres de sueño ligero,se oye mucho el ascensor y cuando tiran de la cadena.

Very nice apartment with all the necessities and well maintained. Located in a good neighborhood with handy shops and restaurants. Arrangements for reception worked well. Pleasant personnel.

Apartment heating is remotely controlled by the landlord. I can understand why, due to Spains high energy prices, but still not very handy. While an effort has been made to make it safer, the shower tub with its multi level design is a bit dangerous for older people. Finally, the owner should invest in a better quality toilet seat. Oh, and my wife says more towels for multi day stays. Despite these issues we enjoyed our stay.

It had a well equipped kitchen, the living room was ok.

There were air fresheners in every room, which we took out and then the apartment had an unpleasant smell. They put a lot of perfume on the bed and the pillows as well, making it impossible to sleep… the kitchen and bathroom sinks were not cleaned properly, there was dirt and hair in the sewage… the floor in the so-called terrace was also dirty, we didn’t use it. The person who cleaned the apartment left the dirty groom and the bucket with the mop in the middle of the kitchen. The floor in the whole apartment was not very clean either. The bedroom is quiet but quite dark, it can be seen in the pictures.
