Panoramic Ocean View Beachfront Top floor 2 bed, Big Bay- 212 Eden on the Bay

Fantastic location overlooking Big Bay, very convenient for shops and restaurants (you step out of the lift and Pick & Pay, a Pharmacy, bottle store and numerous restaurants are just a few steps away). Apartment is large, spacious & well appointed and there is safe underground parking and a lift.

The lounge suite is old and worn and needs replacing, the fridge leaked water onto the floor, the 2nd bathroom had a trickle of water from the sink, the toilet seat in the en suite was loose as was the toilet roll holder. I saw on comments by previous holiday tenants that this had already been reported but obviously never fixed.

Tumble dryer not working

Loved everything, it was the second time staying at this place.

Checking out we were actually chased out. Had requested a late checking out. Was 5mins late, d owner came in without even knocking. Opened bedrooms while my husband was not fully dressed. Rushed us out, yelling he wants his appointment keys. With all dat i even left some of my belongings, my iPhone charger, smart watch and beach towel. Including my toiletry bag😭😭😭

Absolutely nothing. This place is filthy, unhygienic, disgusting and dirty.

This place is filthy, unhygienic, disgusting and dirty. There is mould in the fridge, the bed was absolutely disgusting. Hair and bodily fluids spilled all over the bed. The showers was disgustingly dirty. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THE MANAGING AGENT/HOST. These people are misleading the public, they are a disgrace.

The accommodation was beautiful, more than we were expecting.

Beautiful apartment with many small details taken care of. Location was excellent and I thought being above restaurants would be noisy but it really wasn’t. A few initial issues where adressed with half an hour.
