When we booked this property we were under the assumption that we where booking Compass Cove but just through booking..nope turns out it was actually through Casamigo. Upon checkin we had to call them no parking passes which I specified that it was a couples trip with 2 vehicles they only provide 1. Make sure to bring your own everything because they dont provide extra towels, tissue, nor trash bags. You get charged a cleaning fee no nobody to actually come and clean. Upon calling the staff was NOT understanding at all and rude each time I called expressing concerns about certain things and basically left me with a you're on your own response . The next time I would just book through the actual Compass Cove and not booking.
