Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $250 fine. • Q uiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time. • Violations will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and the security deposit will be forfeited. By staying at this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. Liability: The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal property occurring on the premises during the guest’s stay. Damages: Any existing damage or broken items must be reported and confirmed at the time of check-in. Guest Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during their stay. Deposit Use: In the event of damage or loss, the host reserves the right to use all or part of the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. Further charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount. Zero Tolerance for Police Visits: Any visit from local law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund. A damage deposit of US$500 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
