8- Tourist House Bologna - Light House - Self check-in

Great location, easy check in, good kitchen facilities.

Host sent messages clearly explaining how to enter the property. Plenty of space.

Very noisy - there are two hallways/doorways to the property and both are fully tiled so any noise made by people outside is very loud inside the apartment. Layout was a little quirky.

Central location was great with many shops and restaurants close by. Guido was very helpful throughout the stay.

Kitchen was ok but missing some cookware such as a frying pan.

Location was excellent. Close to the old town and all the attractions. Not having keys to the apartment was convenient. Towels and bed linen were fine. .

No natural light or enough fresh air entering the apartment. Crockery was chipped and cheap cutlery. Bedside lamps could only be turned off if pulled out of plug. 2 lights were not working (bulbs were blown) Oven didn’t work. Was missing a knob. The owner attended the next day and only the grill worked. No directions given. Dirty oven tray.

Brilliant location, everything was in walking distance including an easy walk to the train station. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Host was super friendly and helpful.
