Nice & Cozy Home - Near Disney & Universal

Todo excelente

Que estadia MARAVILHOSA! Tudo impecável. Localização próxima de tudo. Parques da Disney uns 15min, o parque mais longe da Universal demorou 25min (por conta de trânsito). Walmart do lado, lugares para comer super perto! Condomínio tranquilo, lindo! Anfitriões respondiam prontamente qualquer dúvida que tínhamos. Nos sentimos em casa!

Das Apartment war super!! Alles was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Sichere Gegend, Anlage mit einem Tor (Code) begrenzt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Kurze Entfernung zu den Disney Parks. Pool in der Anlage vorhanden, den haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Der Nachbar obendrüber hat gerne Musik abends bis nachts gehört, was nerven kann. Auch hat man jeden einzelnen Schritt von ihm sehr laut gehört. Check in und out Zeiten wurden nicht ganz eingehalten. (Vielleicht vorher bestätigen lassen)

Great location 20 mins from just about any amusement park. Lots of options for food and Walmart/grocery stores. The pool and spa were awesome and they are open 8am-11pm which was nice. They have pack n play for kids. Strollers, booster seats and some games and toys.

The neighbors up stairs were horrible. I didn’t read enough reviews I guess. Because a lot of people complain also. It’s all hours of every day, what sounds like just running back and forth. And big thuds. They knock on their front door and it sounds like someone is knocking on the master window. It’s so loud and paper thin walls. You aren’t able to just adjust the thermostat lower than 72. I had to reach out to the host and asked them to lower the temp (it has a remote lock on it) they were accommodating which was nice. The spare room needs curtains. It was so bright in the room. More garbage bags would have been nice. Hand soap in the kitchen would be convenient.

Die Unterkunft war toll. Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, weil wir überall schnell und gut hingekommen sind. Das Apartment selbst war sauber, mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den netten Gastgebern hat super funktioniert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Location is not far from Disney and other parks are an easy drive away if you have a car, the accommodations is close to a wide variety of shops and places to eat as well. Kitchen fully equipped, bed I used I found extremely comfortable, but after a day of walking anywhere is great to rest. Would be very happy to stay here on next Florida trip. The hosts (Yani & Gino) were also very quick to respond to any questions/queries, was a pleasure staying here

Super endroit dans une résidence privée avec piscine, spa et salle de sport. La maison est très grande, très bien équipée, tout était parfait ! Nous avons adoré ! Proche des parcs à thème, proche commodités.
