Laundry room was locked

Very nice & comfortable

I was given confirmation and complete booking informative after reserving the room and then a few hours later in the middle of the night told that there were no rooms and I would no longer have a reservation which left me scrambling for hiding hours before my arrival at DFW. No reasoning about why this happened but I was charged for the reservation.

Entrance and room looked presentable.

Bed sheets in room #1, stained from 2 people having fun. ….Burn them a buy new ones and buy a good mattress pad or it will soak through and you will need a new mattress soon enough too. Shared toilet seat is stained, weird yellow. Get a new one. Door to room needs a door handle to pull and then lock door. I had to reach down and pull door closed at bottom under, at the floor, with my hand, then push the lock button.

It was clean and safe. Liked the big television and fridge inside the room. Mattress was perfect for me. Like it better than hotels of similar cost. No bed bugs or roaches like similar hotels have. Close to Walmart for groceries.

Wish there was more parking close to the room. Read some reviews about finding a hair on the floor but I think I saw it in the bathroom and those people may have brought it into their room on their shoes. Can’t expect things to be perfect as it is communal living. Read a complaint about the air conditioning not being powerful enough but I found it to be good then again I’m not a very large person. I was under the covers though.
