1 Bed Apt - Balcony - City View - Great Location

The apartment was very nice . Very clean and well equiped.

The instructions for the location were very poor and we spent 45 minutes in the rain trying to find the appartment . I did ring the office the day before as I was asked to do. No address was given to me then. Why was I not told it was behind the Malmaison hotel? This would have saved me a lot of time and effort. Also I think that 10am checkout on a Sunday was very early. Most places are 11 or 12 especially on a Sunday.

Stayed in these apartments twice now. The first time was a river view in the summer and the second time city view. The apartments are located in one of my favourite places in the city, the waterfront and only a five minute walk to the city centre. The apartments were quiet when we stayed and bonus of a balcony.

The apartment was lacking some kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook something and cleaning detergents. The clothes rack could be replaced with something that as shelves in.

The location is perfect, close to albert dock and walking distance to city centre. The place is clean and complete, whic makes our stay worry free. Tha staff can be easily reached by whatsapp and answer and queries in time. Overall great value for money.

Location was great.

The property needed a good clean. There was long black hairs in the bathroom and we both have short blonde hair. There was no instructions given on how to use anything in the apartment. Kitchen equipment needed updating and if you were staying for more than 2 nights you had no where to store clothes. There needed to be better direction given on where the entry to the apartments. Didn’t appreciate the people in the unit next door apartment throwing bottles off the balcony.

Location, facilities, helpline staff were immediately available by phone and were first rate.

Only one small thing - there was an issue with the lock which needs either maintenance or replacement. You had to be careful with the key to succeed in opening/closing the door to the apartment. But that was the only negative - it was an excellent deal and I will very happily stay there again.
