NZWater filter, spacious, cooking facilities full sized fridge, modern, table and 4 chairs plus side table, lovely outlook over city, airconditioning tv, very reasonably priced. All the above made it very comfortable, exceptional!

MYThe host was very helpful in providing all the necessary information very clearly for the stay (check in, directions to the unit & the building public facilities). It was clean and neat, provided with all the basic necessity of amenities of a studio unit that feels like a simple cozy home. The location of this place is quite good as well. Walking distance to the Kuching Heritage town & waterfront area. There is also few kopitiam restaurants nearby down the road that has good foods within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again when I'm coming to Kuching next time.
Personally, I think would be great if could provide a pair of disposable or reusable in-house sandals, and a simple foldable hanger rack for drying of clothes with few more hanger clips. Other than this, everything else is perfect.
