Cabin 7000 feet - A cozy Mountain View retreat in Nuwara eliya

This place is absolutely beautiful. The cabin is very unique and beautifully built with amazing views. Our family of 4 had plenty of space with two more spare rooms available. The property is managed by a beautiful family. Roshan, Shifana and Rifaz are very helpful and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We were meant to stay at the property for one night, but ended up staying there for 4 nights after getting stranded due to the recent cyclone which smashed through Sri Lanka. Roshan was very helpful during a very difficult time. He offered us free meals cooked by Shifana who is a fantastic cook. They did their best to make our family comfortable during the catastrophic weather event. Roshan was very helpful in getting us out of Nuwara Eliya after 4 days, when most of the roads were inaccessible due to floods and landslides. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Nuwara Eliya. This place is an absolute gem.

Very friendly family running the place, and very nice home made food. Always ready to help.

We stayed there during the storm, which was challenging.. quite some leakage, especially the closed balcony to have dinner, was very wet. Even though they cleaned a lot, was not enough.. They kept coming up with solutions! We were just unlucky with the weather.

Есть обогреватель в доме если прохладно вечером . Красивая терраса для завтрака . Радушные хозяева. Также помогли с поездками на чайные плантации и водопады .

Beautiful views from the cabin, it's was more than comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. Breakfast and evening meals are delicious. Aashik picked us up from the train Station and took us on an amazing day trip, visiting a Tea plantation, beautiful waterfall and gorgeous restaurant for lunch that again had gorgeous views. A truly amazing place to stay.

The property is beautifully maintained with a stunning view. Roshan and his team were super friendly and always ready to help. We also loved the occasional visits from the adorable cats! Highly recommended. we’d definitely stay here again.

Spectacular views. Attentive staff, great food. Terrific value for money. Was handy having a kitchen with a microwave so we could make our own tea and coffee whenever we wanted it.

Is difficult driving there and finding the place. Very steep access, dirt road and not well maintained. A sign on the gate would be helpful. The bedroom curtains and blinds are falling apart and need replacing. The sun shining through is very warm and bright.
