The location is good. There are places to eat nearby. The place is clean. It has good view of the vicinity.

No extra garbage bag left to replace when it is full. No instruction where to throw garbage.

The place resides in SMDC residences where it has 24/7 active guards and it’s guaranteed safe, the lobby has a good air refresher and air conditioned, so while you wait you’ll be comfortable sitting in the lobby. Also it’s on the 19th floor but you didn’t have to wait for elevators since it has 4-5, I think there might be more since it has another hallways in the lobby and we’re on Tower 1 We get to their place and it’s well-maintained and clean, once you came in the place is really minimalistic and all working conditions such as the provided induction cooker and aircon is also clean and working fine, and has an extra of ceiling fan. The lights are so aesthetic and the cable management are super good!! We couldn’t be able to find the switch for a second but it is really hidden even in the kitchen! 🥰 Really accomplished the Netflix access with the super big 50inch Smart TV. Beds and pillows are really comfy like as in you’re in a hotel, We had our sleep so much better!! Perfect and Wifi is fast!! So you don’t have to worry when you work or needed to surf. Deliveries like Grab, Foodpanda is available but you can only pick it up along the lobby since it’s a precaution from the Admins so it’s understandable. Of all, I say the place satisfied our needs and very accommodating and Perfect! 🤍🥰 Also, you’ll have access through the Tower’s pharmacy, alfamart and BDO for money withdrawals incase you need it, and beside that there is a cafe that you can chill for a while and drink! We love their matcha and pastries!

We only had a trouble at first with their water access through the kitchen and bathroom, It’s so low but we contacted them about it and they urgently provided us a Timba at Tabo or (Bucket and Water Mug) and immediately contacted admin about it and the engineer already fixed it and the pressure are already working! They may have forgotten it but atleast they helped!! It wasn’t that long 🤍
