"I had an amazing stay at WHITE ROSE GUEST HOUSE. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the delicious breakfast served each morning. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay

Great customer service was provided throughout the guest house by the employees and the Manager in charge. The staff were also very knowledgeable about the city and provided me with information that led to an amazing visit.

1. Building and furniture seems new 2. Wash room was clean 3. Bed sheets was clean and white

1. I booked a deluxe family room with a big bed and single bed but when we arrived the room was not available and given an alternative room with only one bed. The kid got a floor mattress. We had no choice but to accept what available. 2. No toiletries were available at the bathroom 3. The heater (inverter) stopped working at midnight so we needed to spend the night in cold. In the morning 6 had to go out to resolve the issue. 4. No breakfast (included in price) was provided even reminders and waiting for almost 2 hours. Staff was non cooperative. It all seems intentional and at end had to leave without breakfast. Wasted all day 5.No staff at night duty or they sleep during duty 6. No bothering customers from booking.com 7. Blanket cleaning was not up to the mark

The breakfast could have been better but that is a small issue.

Recommend for next time..

The room and Bathroom were not cleaned during my stay of four nights they did not bother to change bed sheets and towels daily, and blankets or pillows also had a smell, mattress condition is also bad, The electricity switchboards were not in good working condition. In a noisy atmosphere, one can not sleep comfortably at night. The service does not match with there price
