Great property, great location, great staff.

Pool area and layout are beautiful. Quiet , clean . Well managed and new condo complex . Unit was nice but light on kitchen cookware . One of each glass, few utensils . No issue for 2 nights but not adequate for longer stays or for anyone planning to do any meal prep .

Little communication between property manager & reception desk. Although we has emailed our names the desk had norecord of us renting. Any problems had to be dealt with the management..not the condo reception desk

Close to everything, beach and pool view and watching the sunrise and set each day

Amazing pools. Ocean view from the room.

No wi-fi at the pool. No tv channels and all the apps on the tv required an account sign in.

I would absolutely stay here again, only thing for me was there’s construction going on during the day outside my window which changed the vibe slightly

We liked the property staff. They were friendly, security was very good and property was kept very clean. Unit itself was well appointed except the kitchen. Space was good but definitely not for more than 2 people. Kitchen area is very small. View was good and swimming pools were excellent. Location was also very good; handy to the Old Town and to shopping (Costco, Wal-Mart, Sorianas) and to restaurants.

Kevin Samperio, the property agent, was a terrible disappointment. We noted several deficiencies on our arrival and afterwards. None of these were ever acted on or fixed. For a month’s stay would have been nice to have a working oven, sufficient dishes, etc. Had some guests over for dinner and next to impossible to prepare & serve a meal for 4 with the equipment provided. Again no response from Kevin when we asker him to remedy the situation. We bought our own wineglasses, some dishes, and even a sink stopper to be able to do dishes. Detracted significantly from our otherwise enjoyable stay. One last point is that construction next door was very noisy at times, including on weekends and at nights. Expected completion of construction is sometime late 2024.
