From the moment we checked in, we noticed many issues that made us question how long the unit had been vacant or when it was last properly maintained. KTV and MIC were not working, food truck area flooding, BBQ grill pan on food truck was rusty... The actual condition of the villa was far below what was shown in the photos. The unit was poorly maintained and cleanliness was unacceptable. Mirrors in the room were not even wiped and had visible marks / white cream stains. Small round table inside room was covered in a layer of dust. We even found chewing gum stuck to the wall, which is completely unacceptable for a villa of this standard, ants were also everywhere. The bathroom and surrounding areas were especially concerning. The floor was slippery, posing a safety hazard, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. Shortly after check-in, the hose under the wash basin started leaking (or the water tank overflowed), causing water to flood everywhere. The drain was clogged and emitted a strong, horrible smell throughout our stay. This was our first experience using smart lock door, which turned out to be extremely difficult to use. We stayed only 1 night and could not rmb the long password provided. The worst moment was getting locked outside after swimming - wet, without our phone, and unable to access the villa. It was a horrible experience. Although the management attempted to rectify some of the issues, the process was quite disturbing. A plumber came at around 9.30pm to check the clogged drain, and in the end, the issue was still not fixed. We also ordered BF - nasi lemak with fried chicken. Nasi lemak tasted good, but fried chicken was completely tasteless. The kids did not want to continue eating after the first bite, and we could not finish it either. Overall, the villa did not reflect what was advertised and did not justify the price paid. Proper maintenance, cleanliness, and accurate representation are seriously needed.

Swimming Pool and children games.

BBQ PIT was full of rust and was not able to utilise it at all. Pillows were extremely soft till it felt like a thick towel. Shared Toilet doors not able to lock properly. The standalone toilet in the kitchen was able to lock properly. Instant Water heater was not hot enough.

Booked the place for father birthday celebration and we had a great time! The place was very spacious and there was a lot of activity to keep both children and adult entertained :private food truck, mahjong, kid area, karaoke, PS4, private pool as well as some additional fun game(uno, billionaire, poker, happy family, colour stick) that the host, Serene prepared for the guest to take home with us after stay. The check in instructions were very clear and host very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Had a pleasant experience overall and would recommended this place to anyone looking for a comfy and fun place to stay for family or friend gathering and staycation.

This place is simply amazing!! Beautiful villa with a private pool, outdoor comfort seating area, BBQ spot, squeaky clean kitchen/toilet with ample of amenities for a group get together. Serene is an amazing, extremely responsive and very kind host. The instruction given very clear and even keep liaise to solve everything we need for us during check in. We are so glad to have stayed here. This place recommended for a group of family/friend looking for a private pool for a perfect villa in Melaka. We will surely come back this villa again 😍

Just got back from a short trip and stayed at this villa—really not bad at all! The place is super spacious, perfect if you're going with family or a group of friends. There are 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms, so no need to fight over toilets in the morning 😂 Everything was clean and comfy, and the living area was nice for chilling together. The kitchen has the basics, good enough if you're just doing light cooking or heating up food. It's also pretty near the A'Famosa attractions, so if you're planning to visit the water park or safari, it’s super convenient. The host was responsive and easy to deal with too. I’d go again for a short getaway!

Honestly, nothing to complain about—we were happy with everything! 😊
