Buona la posizione, facile arrivare in centro città anche a piedi, disponibilità di parcheggi liberi per l'auto nei pressi della struttura, quindi da prendere in considerazione anche per chi preferisce non utilizzare mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento è stato trovato con gli accessori in ordine e dotato dell'occorrente per gestire in modo autonomo il soggiorno. Elettrodomestici funzionanti, anche se ho avuto qualche dubbio sul piano di cottura a induzione che ogni tanto sembrava spegnersi senza un apparente motivo.

Cattivo odore entrando dalla porta di accesso alla struttura che da sulla strada. All'interno dell'appartamento, appena arrivati, si percepiva un forte odore di "chiuso". I muri, sopra i battiscopa, rovinati probabilmente a causa dell' umidità. Condizionatore molto rumoroso, idem il boiler, tavolino della cucina traballante, impossibile appoggiarsi, molto fastidioso se si mangia da soli, peggio ancora in 2. Le finestre non hanno zanzariere e può entrare di tutto, infatti, una sera, al rientro da un giro in centro, ci siamo trovati una lucertola in camera sul muro ad attenderci. Abbiamo tentato di catturarla senza successo perché si è nascosta dietro un mobile ed abbiamo lasciato perdere perché non potevamo passare una notte in bianco per una lucertola. Mozzicone di sigaretta abbandonato sul davanzale della finestra, tutti i davanzali comunque erano sporchi. Esperienza sicuramente negativa, servirebbe una maggiore cura dei dettagli, se si vuole fare la differenza rispetto alla concorrenza. Soggiorneremo da altre parti se dovessimo tornare a Ferrara.

Great location (you can walk to all the museums, grocery store Aldi is 5 min away, the city wall park is minutes away). The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. The kitchen is very functional (we were even baking home-made pizzas). Air conditioner, washing machine and dish washer made the stay even more comfortable. Nice big bed with extra pillows and nice bathroom with big shower and big sink.

Everything was great so it is hard to think of something that was flawed or missing; maybe another set of towels would be nice, since we were staying for 9 days and we only got one set each.

Direct center,squeaky clean, no stairs,well epuited.

I loved the location, inside the old city walls. The self check in was fabulous, very clear instructions and excellent contact via Whatsapp. She even dropped by to introduce herself to check if all was well. Nice to have some starter stuff, tp, salt, pepper, coffee pods, oil, vinegar and a dishwasher tablet. The place is tastefully decored, not too much stuff, but generally what you need for a few days. Great towels and sheets, love the bidet, shower and kitchen appliances. Everything is in excellent shape. Two large opening windows are wonderful.

I found the bed way too firm A mattress topper would help. . I know this sounds whiney, but it was quite uncomfortable for me. Overall it is a wonderful apartment.
