SGproperty is relatively new, everything works
if only there is washer and dryer, more hangers, if only bedsheet is 100percent cotton instead of microfiber which is warm on the back when sleeping even with aircon. Wished the sofa is more comfy and spacious.

IDStrategic location. Nearby modern supermarket and traditional. Complete fruits range in the fruit shop and a walking distance to Copenhagen Bakery and Coffee shop. 18 minutes drive to familiar canggu area and shorter trip to gilimanuk and tanah lot
Got a little old unit villa so pool was a bit dirty. good thing pool guy is prompt and made the pool nice and clean. hope to get a newer unit on my next trip. Also entrance to parking needs to be paved and bigger parking spot would make this villa more comfortable

The location
AUI really appreciated that both bedrooms had their own ensuite bathrooms, which added a nice touch of privacy. The rooms were spacious and well-lit, and the bathrooms were excellent. The outdoor pool was cleaned daily, and the cleaner did a phenomenal job taking care of us during our stay. The living room was perfect for accommodating 3-4 people comfortably and came equipped with utensils and a filtered water fountain, making it a convenient space to relax. Overall, it was a great experience!
While we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of issues worth noting. Both the toilet and bidet water had a slight sewage smell, but it wasn’t overpowering and didn’t bother us too much. The shower head and the bathroom and living room sinks smelled normal, and I was able to wash my hair and face without any issues. Moreover, the area seemed to attract mosquitoes and ants, so I recommend bringing insect repellent and being careful not to leave food out. There were also some construction activities happening since it’s a new villa, which the owner mentioned in the booking. However, they were lovely and very helpful, assisting us with our luggage upon arrival.

location was very bad. We had to walk through construction as some of the villas were still constructing. Water pressure was also low, and the toilet smelled so bad that we had to change the villa. When we arrived, we saw stains on the bed as well... Talking about the bed, it was rather hard and the pillows were very soft. Cupboard also had a strange smell and I'm not too sure if it is because it's a new villa but definitely have a lot to improve on.
