The location of the apartment is great near many amenities. Easy access to the property. Very clean.

The blanket and the cushions wete smelly aand we were charged cleaning fees.

Property is located in a great location, it is neat and comfortable and cosy.

Poor communication from the host which has costed us an additional R500 over and above the accommodation fee and cleaning fee that we paid in advance. She couldn’t tell us the rules of the complex and she didn’t even communicate that the parking that we were supposed to to park on is a in 1 block away from the 1 we were staying in. She even failed to communicate that which parking we can park in we ended up parking on a wrong parking which we didn’t know that is dedicated for someone else and our car was clamped and we had to pay R500 and she made use go up and down. She said we must go to security guards at the gate and they will unclamp our car and when we get there we were told to pay R500 which we paid and security said they can only unclamp when the complex manager advised them of that we want back to the room. She said we must go back to security and meet the complex manager and when we get there security said complex manager does not come to the complex on weekends. We looked soo stupid to the security guards. That messed all our plans for Sunday and it felt like the host is not familiar with the rules of the complex. My wish is that she can improve communication and learn the rules of the complex to avoid such incidents to other guests. When you travel you can only hope to have a peaceful stay not what we experienced.

I had booked this apartment for my clients and they loved that it is as advertised. They got to enjoy breakfast on the balcony to end their weekend away. The apartment was a home away from home.
